If you’ve bought a ticket or joined a mailing list through Stickets, you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it.

Deleting removes your name, email and marketing consent. Your orders stay as financial records with nobody attached to them, which is what keeps a refund possible afterwards. Tickets you already hold keep working — but we’ll have no way to tell you if a show moves.
